How do I place an order ?
When viewing any of our products, you will be able to enter the desired quantity (every item defaults to 1 package), and click on the "Add To Cart" button. There will be a green indicator letting you know the item has been added to your cart. You will also see the last five items you entered in your mini-cart on the right hand side of the page. At anytime you may view, edit or checkout your shopping cart by clicking "View cart" or on your mini cart. If you are changing quantities, make sure you click "update" to apply your changes. Clicking the red x will remove an item entirely.
When checking out, you will be given the option to pay with Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, you can log into it at that time, but don't worry if you do not. Paypal can process your credit card just like a point of sale terminal absolutely free, with no need to sign up or use any additional services. We use Paypal because of its exceptionally secure encryption, and thorough buyer protection- it is one of the most recognized payment gateways on the internet for its service and cutting edge security.
Please note - All retail orders have to be placed through our online store; we are not able to take retail orders over the phone. In the future, as wholesale ordering of Lampwork beads become available, we will be able to consult with wholesale purchasers over the phone.
Please ensure that the appropriate discount is reflected in your shopping cart BEFORE completing the checkout procedure. Any discounts taken off by coupons will be shown at the bottom of your cart after you confirm your shipping details.
What is wholesale? How can I place a wholesale order?
Please note our wholesale program is ONLY valid for Lampwork and Pandora style beads. All other items are goverend by our mix and match pricing system. All prices listed on our website are for retail only. If you have already registered with us as a wholesale customer using Wholesale Application Form, we will be reintroducing wholesale pricing shortly. If you need to place a wholesale Lampwork order, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
Do you have a print catalog?
Currently, we do not, though we'll be working on one in the near future. All our prices, items, descriptions and images are visible online. You can browse through our lefthand menu to see all our products, which are arranged in the same fashion they would be in a print catalog. We will advertise in the popular beading magazines, as well as directly to our customers, when the new catalog is complete.
Where can I find my Customer ID?
Once you are registered on our site, clicking on "My Account" will take you to your personal account details. You can find your customer ID number on the right hand side.
If you are a Canadian Company, why do you charge in USD?
When it comes to the USD, we are a Canadian company, yes, but we do almost all of our buying in USD. We also cater to customers world wide, and USD remains the best way for every currency to be exchanged when it comes to our payment providers. It also makes it much easier for you to comparison shop with our competitors.
We have nothing to do with the exchange itself- since we list in USD, Paypal or your credit card makes the conversion to CAD for you after you confirm the order. If you are in Canada, the only real difference that this makes in price is the 1-2% charge that you will incur from your credit card as a exchange fee- if your card company charges one.
Are there taxes or duties applied to my order?
Any taxes, duties, or import fees are determined by your country of residence. US customers do not have any taxes applied, and do not pay any customs fees or duties. Canadians will pay the taxes applicable in their province, but no customs duties or taxes. International customers may see extra charges depending on the rules in place for their country. We have nothing to do with any taxes or fees incurred, and do not collect any proceeds from them.
How fast will my order be shipped?
Canadian orders are usually shipped same or next business day, and are usually delivered with FedEx in three business days.
US orders are shipped with FedEx ground shipment next business day. You will usually see your parcel in about 1 week.
For AE, RR, or PO Box addresses, we are forced to use Canada Post to deliver your parcel. This transfers to the Post Office in your country. While just as secure, regular post takes a bit longer to ship (up to 2 weeks) so please try to provide us with an alternate shipping address if possible so we can get your beads to you more quickly.
If you need your items faster, please call us or email us right away after you place your order. We may be able to find a faster method of delivery, at an additional cost. Our shippers will work with you to ensure you have the right service for your needs.
What happens if I need to refund or exchange products? Return/Exchange Policy
When buying online, we know it can be really hard to get exactly what you want. If you have a damaged item, you can return it for an exchange within 60 days of purchase. Please return the item in its original packaging. If you do not return the item with the packaging intact, we cannot process the return. Please make sure your full name and email address are included in the package, or we cannot process the return. Please include the item numbers of the product you would like to exchange for. Alternatively, you can request a coupon for the amount of the damaged items be taken off your next purchase.

We STRONGLY recommend that you use a 'traceable carrier' that can provide you with proof of delivery. We shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and is non-refundable. At our discretion we may reimburse shipping charges related to the exchange of products.

We process all payments with Paypal, which is one of the safest ways to exchange money online, in a secure, encrypted environment. All orders and transactions involving release of personal information is encrypted using the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology. Encryption is a process by which software is used to scramble your personal information so that it is unreadable by anyone but PayPal. Your credit card information is used only to process your payment, and it will not be stored nor used by AHBeads.com after your payment is processed. There will be no human being seeing your credit card number.
Limitations of Liability
AH Beads strives to best describe their products as accurately as possible; however temporary typos or errors in print and the web publishing process might occur; if the consumer is unsatisfied as a result of temporary description error, refunds and exchanges will be offered.
All statements and descriptions regarding any item offered for sale by AH Beads in any catalog, on AHBeads.com website, or in any bill of sale, invoice or elsewhere as to authorship, source, origin, measurement or condition are qualified statements and shall not be deemed to be representations or warranties.
Do you have a storefront? Can I come in and shop around?
Please note that we are an online business, and our head office does not have a retail storefront. For insurance and other reasons, customers are not able to come in and browse around.
How can I view my order history or tracking numbers?
Once your order has been shipped and left our warehouse you should get a confirmation to the e-mail address you have on file with a tracking number.
