Shipping


24-Hour Shipping

We strive to get your order out on the SAME DAY that you order!! Our carriers pickup at 3pm PST. Any order placed after 2:30pm PST will go out on the following business day. If something out of the ordinary occurs (severe weather, incomplete shipping address, payment delay, etc…) we will make every effort to contact you through email or phone.Our American orders go out on Tuesday and Thursday mornings so please time your order around that schedule for faster delivery.

All our shipments are sent either with FedEx or the Postal service. If there are any tracking numbers they will be promptly placed on the “Recent Orders” section of your personal account as well as in a confirmation email that is sent when the package is shipped.  Some smaller packages may not have a tracking number. If you are not able to see your tracking number, please contact us info@ahbeads.com or try our live chat.

IMPORTANT: For American orders, please note that there is sometimes a delay between the time the package is shipped and the time when the tracking number will be in the Fedex system . There can sometimes be a delay of 2-3 days as the package makes its way across the border. This does NOT mean your package will take longer to arrive. Delivery is 10-14 business days and sometimes we get it there even quicker.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Our shipping rates are at par with what our carriers charge us. 

Ahbeads.com currently offers shipping to the U.S (48 contiuous states) and Canada for $8.50 flat rate plus a $2.50 handling fee.

SHIPMENTS WITHIN CANADA

Parcels are sent using CanadaPost or FedEx. Shipments take 2-7 business days to arrive depending on which part of the country you live in. For example, shipments to Newfoundland take 3-7 days while packages to Alberta usually arrive within 2 days.

  • During checkout you will have the following delivery options:
  • Expedited: 2-7 business days ($8.50)
  • ExpressPost: 1-3 business days ($15)
  • Overnight: Next day as long as order is received before 2pm PST ($35). Orders received after 2pm PST will be sent the following business day.

Our rates cover all packages weighing up to 5lbs. Should a package weigh over 5lbs, AHBeads reserves the right to add shipping charges for the added weight as computed in accordance with our carrier agreement. Should this occur, we will contact you before any extra charges are added

Please note: Delivery times do not include holidays, weekends or any unforeseen circumstances.

All orders are subject to a $2.50 handling fee.

SHIPMENTS TO THE USA

Fedex Ground is used for deliveries within the United States. Deliveries usually take between 10-14 business days to arrive however we can provide quicker service if needed. Upon checkout you will have the following options:

  • Flat Rate Ground: 10-14 business days($8.50)
  • Express: 5-10 business days: ($10)
  • Priority: 2-5 business days: ($16)
  • Overnight: Next day if ordered by 2pmPST ($35)

Our rates cover all packages weighing up to 5lbs. Should a package weigh over 5lbs, AHBeads reserves the right to add shipping charges for the added weight as computed in accordance with our carrier agreement. Should this occur, we will contact you before any extra charges are added

Please note: that FedEx will NOT deliver to Rural Route addresses or to P.O. boxes; if you provide a shipping address to either of these, your parcel will be sent via Canada Post express service. Packages to the USA sent using the postal service have tracking numbers and arrive within 2-3 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipments are sent using FedEx International Priority, ExpressPost International or Small Packet International Air.

Both FedEx International and ExpressPost International include insurance and tracking. Small packet International Air does not include either insurance or a tracking number. Should you choose the “small packet international air” option for your shipping option, please be aware that delivery times can vary from 4-6 weeks. Lost or stolen packages is not the responsibility of AHBeads and any queries should be forwarded to the carrier. As we ship to many countries, please refer to your checkout for shipping options and charges.

CUSTOMS (DOES NOT INCLUDE THE U.S.A)

International packages may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or fees which are added after the package reaches its destination. These additional charges are not the responsibility of AHBeads. Should you have any questions about these additional fees, we suggest contacting your local customs office. Any orders returned due to no reply will be fully refunded minus the S&H fee, return shipping fees and/or any customs charges that may be incurred by AHBeads. We are also not responsible for any added time it may take for customs to clear your package.

Backorders

We generally don’t take backorders due to our in-site inventory system. However, we want you have what you need so on the rare occasion that we are out of stock of the product you want, please email dan@ahbeads.com and we will notify you when the product is in. We do not hold items for future orders. You should also note that because of the way our goods are shipped to us, some items may take a few weeks to arrive at our warehouse.

Should we be out of stock of an ordered item, we will try to contact you to see if you would like to replace the item. If we cannot get in touch with you, we will refund the amount of the missing item to your credit card.

Returns

The following criteria must be met when returning items:

  • We do not accept returns 30 days after purchase.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and undamaged unless that is the reason for the return.
  • If your item is damaged you can return it to us for a product exchange or store credit.
  • If you are just unhappy with the product or it doesn't suit your project, you are only eligible for store credit.
  • We cannot accept any returns for videos or books.
  • We do NOT offer cash refunds under any circumstance.
  • Absolutely no returns or exchanges on any leather cut to order.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also offer the option to purchase using Paypal.

We do not accept cheques except through Paypal(electronic cheque). Should you choose this payment method, your package will be shipped once the payment has cleared(usually 5-10 days).

How To Place An Order

When viewing any of our products, you will be able to enter the desired quantity (every item defaults to 1 package), and click on the "Add To Cart" button. There will be a green indicator letting you know the item has been added to your cart. You will also see the last five items you entered in your mini-cart on the right hand side of the page. At anytime you may view, edit or checkout your shopping cart by clicking "View cart" or on your mini cart. If you are changing quantities, make sure you click "update" to apply your changes. Clicking the red x will remove an item entirely.

When checking out, you will be given the option to pay with Paypal or your credit card. If you have a Paypal account, you can log into it at that time, but don't worry if you do not. Paypal can process your credit card just like a point of sale terminal absolutely free, with no need to sign up or use any additional services.

Finding Your Customer ID

Once you are registered on our site, clicking on "My Account" will take you to your personal account details. You can find your customer ID number on the right hand side.

Viewing Your Order History and Tracking Numbers

When you are logged in you will see the “recent orders” link on the top right side of the page. Clicking on the will bring up your recent orders and their tracking numbers.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
